Project Management Engineer

  Main duties:

• Introduction of investment projects - preparation of documents for SAREH budget request;
• formation of technical tasks; project implementation; project budget management;
• Coordination of the project schedule;
• coordination of project documentation development;
• Management of contractors during the execution of project works; transfer of completed work to process owners;
• Work in the SAP system is related to investment projects; introduction of fixed assets created within the framework of the project; Creation of projects in the NIMT system. Project management in the NIMT system; Follow-up of the factory-wide SAREH budget on a weekly basis; Fixed asset custodian - creation and verification of the correctness of registration of acts of entry, transfer, write-off, sale of OZ/INMA/NA; providing support to the Ministry of Education and Culture during the preparation of documents for the introduction, transfer, write-off of OZ/INMA/NA;
• Carrying out acts of introduction, modernization, write-off and sale of OZ/INMA/NA in the SAP system;
• Transfer to the fixed assets department of documentation packages for the introduction, transfer, write-off of OZ/INMA/NA;
• Organization of annual factory-wide inventory;
• Management of fixed assets that are not in use;
• FKD coordinator - update of factory drawings;
• Downloading drawings according to the engineering standard into the BIM 360 database.

Basic requirements:

Higher technical education, engineering.

• Professional work experience of at least 5 years;
• Initiative, perseverance, readiness for challenges, sociability, focus on results, ability to work in a team, developed leadership skills;
• Knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office software package (proficient), SAP software module (preferred), AVK software complex;
• Mandatory knowledge of estimate norms and DBN, creation of estimates. A certificate of technical supervision expert is desirable;
