Flexibility: Must be flexible to work any shift, anytime
Salary: $19.00/hr

Job description
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include:
- To perform general production jobs that may involve repetitive bending, pushing, twisting, pulling, lifting and machine operation.
- Cleaning duties may be assigned including cleaning equipment, the facility and washrooms.
- To perform all duties in a safe manner; comply with safety, environmental, and quality policies, accident prevention and compliance programs.
- Must have flexibility to work varied shifts; overtime may be required including weekends.
- Adherence to plant quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices
- To seek opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives.
Some of the job requirements:
- 18+ years of age.
- High school degree or equivalent required and will be verified if chosen as the successful candidate.
- 1 to 3 years of Manufacturing Experience would be an asset
- Computer Knowledge.
- Able to understand and interpret the specifications and procedures related to this job.
- Be mechanically inclined.
- Ability to perform basic mathematics.
- Ability to work in the fast pace environment.
- Self-motivated, safety and quality conscious; requiring minimal supervision.
- Must have open availability for the length of the employment contract.

- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities (problem solving teams, training, shift handover meetings, to name a few)
- Work according to ISO 14001 Environment and OHSAS 18001 Safety requirements

- Consistently provide ideas, opinions, or information in an articulate, professional way.
- Willingness and ability to adjust to changing conditions or priorities
- Take the initiative to identify and act on problems and lead by example.
