We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Transformation Lead to spearhead a major shift in how CPW operates. This is a unique opportunity to lead large-scale transformation, harmonize operating models across regions, and enable true end-to-end orchestration through digital acceleration and change leadership.
Main Purpose of the Job
Drive the transformation of CPW’s operational model by implementing a harmonized approach across three Centers of Competence, centralizing back-office activities, and enabling end-to-end orchestration through digital innovation and robust change management.
In this position you will:
• Lead the implementation of a harmonized CoC operating model across regions, ensuring alignment with OneOperating Model principles.
• Execute the CPW Operations Digital Roadmap, focusing on automation, analytics, and orchestration platforms.
• Establish governance frameworks and standardized processes to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
• Drive change programs, building transformation readiness and engaging stakeholders across zones and markets.
Requirements
• Proven leadership in operational transformation, preferably within supply chain or manufacturing, with measurable business impact.
• Experience managing cross-regional change initiatives and complex stakeholder networks.
• Strong governance and performance tracking skills, including KPIs, milestones, and compliance oversight.
• Ability to facilitate strategic workshops and alignment sessions to drive transformation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across multiple levels and geographies.
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
