Do you have experience in data management and want to play a key role in shaping data strategy on a global scale?
We are looking for an expert who will not only manage data operationally but also co-define the future of data governance, quality, and standardization. This is a strategic role with real impact on business decisions, digital transformation, and how data is used across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Co-creating and developing the Data Governance and Data Management strategy within the Operations area, in close collaboration with key functions.
• Overseeing data quality, structure, and consistency to enable better decision-making, process automation, and the delivery of the digital strategy.
• Designing and implementing standards for data maintenance, updates, quality, and development.
• Building strong relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Creating analyses, reports, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Initiating and driving improvements that shape the future of data management.
You will succeed in this role if you:
• Have a solid understanding of Data Governance and Data Management and can communicate these topics clearly and effectively.
• Bring at least 5 years of experience working with data (e.g., in Operations, Supply Chain, IT, or BI).
• Are skilled in designing and implementing data-related standards (e.g., for updates, validation, maintenance).
• Have hands-on experience with SAP, including a good understanding of data structures and interdependencies.
• Have experience with Snowflake, Azure, and Power BI.
• Are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working both independently and in teams.
• Speak English fluently (minimum B2) and are ready to work daily with global teams.
• Are proficient in MS Office tools at an advanced level.
• Hold a university degree in IT, data analytics, engineering, or a related field.
