As an Inter-Market Supply Planning Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping supply decisions across multiple markets within an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework. You will balance service, cost, and inventory risk while operating in a complex, fast-moving FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own production and inter-market supply planning decisions across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons within the IBP process

- Manage inventory levels across markets, balancing service level, working capital, and obsolescence risk
- Ensure availability readiness for product launches, promotions, and seasonal peaks
- Anticipate supply risks (capacity, materials, logistics, demand volatility) and develop mitigation scenarios
- Take accountability for recommendations in ambiguous and high-pressure situations
- Partner closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and Market teams
- Use planning systems and data analytics to identify root causes, trends, and improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Supply Planning, Demand & Supply Planning, or Logistics, ideally in a global FMCG environment
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise planning systems (e.g. SAP APO / SAP IBP / S4, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of: Inventory optimization & service level trade-offs, Multi-market supply allocation under constraints, Financial impact of supply decisions (cost, margin, working capital)
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization or automation tools (Power BI, Power Query, VBA, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Comfortable owning decisions and operating in ambiguity
- Strong analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into clear business narratives
- Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders across cultures and seniority levels
- Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented — you anticipate issues rather than react to them
- Curious and continuous learning, with a mindset for improvement and change
- Fluent in spoken and written English, confident in leading meetings and aligning with global teams across time zones
What You Will Gain
- A high-impact role in a global FMCG leader with real influence on business outcomes
- Exposure to complex, cross-market supply challenges and senior decision forums
- Opportunities to develop toward senior supply planning or IBP leadership roles
- Access to structured development, internal mobility, and professional training
- Flexible hybrid working model: 3 days office / 2 days remote, flexible start between 07:00–09:00
