Are you looking for a regional role where you can make a real impact, lead meaningful improvement projects, and shape how we work across multiple sites?

As Regional Waste Elimination Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and eliminating losses, unlocking savings opportunities, and driving strategic improvement initiatives across our factories and distribution centers. This temporary role (approx. 1.5 years) is an excellent development opportunity for someone who is ready to take on a broader scope, influence multiple stakeholders, and lead change in a dynamic, international environment.

In this position you will:
•    Identify and prioritize loss areas across CPW European factories and DCs, conduct root cause analyses, and quantify savings potential.
•    Initiate, lead, and implement waste elimination and cost-saving projects within logistics — from concept through implementation to scale-up.
•    Collaborate closely with production, logistics, quality, planning, and finance teams to secure engagement and resources.
•    Lead ideation sessions — prepare relevant data and insights, moderate discussions, and facilitate the creation of actionable lists of ideas and projects.
•    Drive structured improvement initiatives to reduce inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and optimize processes, tailoring solutions to each site’s specific needs.
•    Monitor KPIs, track progress and savings, and report results to regional management.
•    Train and coach local teams to build capabilities and share best practices.
•    Manage communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Requirements
•    3–5 years’ experience in continuous improvement, logistics, waste elimination or university degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
•    Solid experience in driving improvement initiatives with a structured, data-driven approach to identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
•    Strong project management and analytical skills.
•    Ability to influence and drive initiatives remotely, effectively managing topics and projects across different locations
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•    Fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally within the region.

What will you gain?
•    A regional role with a tangible impact on cost efficiency and operational performance.
•    The opportunity to shape and scale improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
•    A dynamic, international environment that values initiative, collaboration, and hands-on problem solving.
•    Professional growth through exposure to strategic projects and continuous development opportunities.
•    A supportive work culture and a comprehensive benefits package.
