Job Title: Senior Asset Maintenance Manager
Location: Tutbury, Derbyshire
Salary: £60,000-£65,000 depending on experience + car allowance + potential bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 flexible days on top of 25-day holiday entitlement + 2 paid volunteering days + other fantastic benefits!

Position Summary
A brilliant, new opportunity has arisen at our Tutbury Factory for an experienced, Senior Asset Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate will come into the role to provide professional Engineering and expert technical support in the Factory.
The Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is one of the largest Nestlé factories in Europe after circa £500 million investment over the last few years. It is also the home of Nescafe and Dolce Gusto in the UK producing a range of beverage products.

A day in the life of a Senior Asset Maintenance Manager
Managing a team of 3 direct, manager level reports, this role will provide site leadership for Engineering Compliance, Reliability Management, Central Workshop site support including management of Building Maintenance as well as direct management of the site technical stores.
This is a strategically focussed role where you will provide support to the entire engineering Network across the large scale Tutbury plant.
In this role you will ensure alignment of the engineering compliance requirements across the Engineering Function by providing regular monitoring and reporting of compliance status and liaising with SMEs for compliance topics across the site. Completion of audits both internal and external will fall under your remit.
What will make you successful
• Minimum 5 years in a Leadership role within a technical field, preferably within food manufacturing or consumer goods industry
• Broad knowledge and understanding of compliance of complex sites, preferably with a SHE qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH (or equivalent)
• TPM-PM Basic training and demonstrable knowledge
• Practical Experience of development and delivery of Maintenance including PPM (preferably including exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution)
• Leadership experience to supervisor level personnel (of technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties)
• Understanding of Technical stores operations and management
• Participation in development of strategic plans within a multi-disciplinary team
• Understanding and involvement within a continuous improvement culture
• Practical knowledge and understanding of people development for technical teams
• Self-management following defined KPIs / objectives, and proactively tracking them
