POSITION SUMMARY
The Channel Execution Specialist will collaborate with the Channel Development Manager to align execution deliverables with the Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP), ensuring timely execution to meet portfolio goals. Responsibilities include implementing strategies to drive sell-out and channel growth, managing event contracts, negotiating sponsorship agreements, preparing budgets, coordinating in-store sampling, and conducting evaluations to facilitate continuous improvement in channel executions.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Work with the Channel Development Manager to align key execution deliverables with the Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP). Plan and coordinate timely execution to meet portfolio goals.
- Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel Development Manager and Consumer Marketing Managers to base channel plans on strong consumer insights.
- Execute based on the approved strategies and plans from the Channel Development Managers to accelerate sell-out and deliver channel growth targets.
- Ensure well-planned channel activities at competitive rates with Procurement's support. Collaborating with event organizers to manage contract deliverables for third-party events and services.
- Assure that the company's Leadership of Nutrition, Health and Wellness is protected and enhanced by every Execution.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements with Legal for compliance, coordinate end-to-end P2P with suppliers, and work with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of and samples.
- Prepare budgets for all channel executions, closely collaborating with the CMMs and CDMs to align expectations and budget allocations.
- Coordinate with the sales team and Channel Development Managers to prepare an effective in-store sampling schedule.
- Conduct site visits and checks on sampling executions to ensure quality execution, leading corrective actions as needed.
- Submit post evaluation reports, and documenting key learnings to ensure continuous improvement of channel executions.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
- A first degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- High level of customer service orientation.
- Ability to self-manage, multitask, and maintain a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and engage stakeholders, must be very pro-active and be able to question and challenge other, must also be able to manage change and resistance.
- Experience in Sales and Client-focused roles.
