POSITION SUMMARY
The Factory Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the factory's finance objectives by performing day-to-day operational tasks, and contributing to process improvement in alignment with company policies and strategies. They will play a key role in advancing the Factory's overall financial strategy through clear and timely communication/ reporting of key information to relevant stakeholders and ensuring compliance with established and standard internal controls.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Execute daily operational, administrative, and accounting activities to maintain accurate financial records and strong internal controls.
- Prepare and update reports, logs, and shared documentation to ensure reliable data and efficient information management.
- Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and support projects focused on efficiency, cost optimization, and process enhancement.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely task execution, communicate updates, and address challenges proactively.
- Monitor compliance with internal control procedures, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to maintain high standards.
- Ensure cost transparency, deliver financial insights and KPIs for strategic Factory decisions, provide training, and support benchmarking initiatives.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or Business Administration; professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting is required.
- Experience in Costing or Accounting Operations, especially within a Factory environment is a plus.
