POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Coordinator provides hands-on local Human Resources support and drives the execution of people initiatives across the market. Working closely with the regional HR Business Partner and NBS, this role ensures strong ownership, timely follow-through and effective escalation, while delivering practical HR solutions, applying corporate policies and supporting business performance and the employee experience.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Drive local execution of HR programs, projects and organizational changes, translating regional people plans into effective actions and escalating risks or complex matters to the HRBP.
- Coordinate recruitment follow-up and best practices with NBS, as well as onboarding, training, probation-period management, trainee administration and employee exit processes.
- Provide visible, responsive support to employees, supervisors and managers on local consultations, HR policies and employee and labor relations, applying sound knowledge of local labor legislation.
- Support talent, PDP and performance follow-up, recognition initiatives, the YOUTH Program, employee celebrations, Sales Kickoff activities and local HR communications.
- Manage and monitor Total Rewards activities, benefits, job evaluations, salary proposals, personnel budgets, headcount and HR dashboards to enable reliable decision-making.
- Coordinate local engagement, culture, DE&I and change-management initiatives, ensuring consistent communication and strong follow-through across regional stakeholders.
- Support Health and SHE topics through case visibility and escalation, while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, quality, safety, occupational health and environmental requirements.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
- Around 8 years of experience in a broad HR generalist, HR operations or similar role, with proven ownership of local execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Studies, Social Sciences or a related discipline; HR-focused studies are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee and labor relations, local labor legislation, talent processes, compensation practices, budgeting and HR metrics.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, critical analysis, job evaluation, salary proposal preparation and stakeholder management.
- Results-oriented and able to work independently, make sound decisions, communicate with visibility and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a multinational or similarly complex regional environment is preferred; proficiency with HR systems, Excel/data analytics and Power BI is an advantage.
