POSITION SUMMARY
As an Inter-Market Supply Network Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products are always available when and where they’re needed. You’ll manage the end-to-end supply planning process, balancing inventory and compliance requirements to deliver on-time customer orders at the lowest possible cost.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Coordinate and manage product replenishment to Distribution Centers and direct customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment across markets and suppliers.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories, balancing risks such as lead times, stock levels, freshness, and cost to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, conducting regular performance and improvement meetings to drive product availability and operational transparency.
- Monitor and analyze stock levels in domestic and receiving markets, proactively addressing deviations and capacity challenges to optimize inventory positioning.
- Provide critical inputs for planning and operational reviews, highlighting supply risks, expiry concerns, and mitigation actions to support business continuity.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives, including new product launches, sourcing changes, and IMS compliance, ensuring visibility of risks and opportunities for all stakeholders.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
- Degree or Diploma in Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Planning or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability in negotiation, logistics coordination, and stock management.
