POSITION SUMMARY
Support the delivery of Food Safety, Legal Compliance, and Continuous Quality Improvement across all Nestlé products throughout Production, Warehousing, and Transportation, including Distribution Centers, Head Office, and Sales & Marketing Services.
A DAY IN THE LIFE…
• Support key Digital and NAOOMI projects within the factory to drive quality and process improvements
• Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits (FSSC 22000, ISO IMS, GLP), including compliance activities and training support
• Contribute to root cause analysis of quality defects and participate in GEMBAs across factory and warehouse to identify improvement opportunities
• Support NGMP inspections and walkthroughs, including updating cleaning procedures and contributing to Q Pillar initiatives
• Participate in daily quality activities such as tastings, spiked tests, trainings (KQT), and support improvements in packaging and raw material release processes
• Gain hands-on laboratory experience supporting analysis in microbiology, fresh milk, sensory, raw materials, pH testing, and package integrity
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
• Strong interest in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
