Are you a recent Engineering graduate ready to step into a full-time technical role? We are seeking a Technical Trainee – Electrical & Automation to join our factory team and gain hands-on experience in maintenance, automation systems, and operational excellence.

POSITION SUMMARY

 

Provide hands-on technical support in Electrical & Automation, focusing on maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance execution, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient factory operations..

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • You will provide comprehensive technical support in Electrical & Automation to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable factory operations..
  • Support factory operations by troubleshooting electrical and automation systems, assisting with instrumentation and process control, maintaining MMI and communication systems, and ensuring compliance with electrical standards..
  • Contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance, breakdown analysis, maintenance planning, equipment monitoring, and project execution to reduce downtime and improve line efficiency
  • Support TPM and Continuous Improvement initiatives by analyzing technical data and driving process enhancements in Electrical & Automation.                                            
  • Ensure accurate documentation of electrical and automation systems while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.                                           

 

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical ,Automation Engineering, or closely related field.
  • Basic knowledge of instrumentation and process control
  • Understanding of low voltage electrical installations
  • Exposure to maintenance planning and execution (asset)
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Interest in automation and manufacturing environments
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow
