As an Audit Manager at Société des Produits Nestlé, your mission is to strengthen governance, operations, and internal controls by delivering a risk-based internal audit plan and leading impactful audit engagements. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with business leadership, audit teams, and key risk partners across the organization. How you’ll make an impact as an Audit Manager 

  • Leading a high-performing audit team to deliver high-quality audits on time and with clear, actionable insights. 

  • Driving risk assessments that prioritize the right topics and ensure meaningful coverage across the organization. 

  • Building trusted partnerships with leaders to influence decisions and strengthen control environments. 

  • Delivering clear reporting and practical recommendations that improve governance, efficiency, and compliance. 

  • Accelerating follow-up on agreed actions to increase the speed and effectiveness of improvements. 

  • Advancing audit ways of working by improving methodology, quality practices, and the smart use of digital tools.

  • Bringing strong internal audit expertise to evaluate and improve governance, operations, and control processes. 

  • Leading and developing teams with a coaching mindset, creating clarity, motivation, and accountability. 

  • Applying sound judgment, integrity, and independence when handling sensitive topics and challenging discussions. 

  • Using strong analytical and structured thinking to turn complex information into clear conclusions and practical actions. 

  • Communicating fluently in English; proficiency in one additional language.
