Position Summary
As a Communications Intern, you will support the Swiss Workplace Solutions (SWS) team in achieving key communications objectives through the following deliverables.
We offer a dynamic, inclusive, and international working environment with many opportunities across different businesses, functions, and regions. Don’t miss the opportunity to join us and work with different teams in an agile and diverse context.
A Day in the Life of a Communications Intern
- Develop content and visual materials to support different communications
- Support the planning, promotion, execution and follow up of various communication plans
- Develop content for Me@Nestlé (internal website), Workplace and other medias to foster employee engagement
- Draft scripts for video messages
- Manage and follow up various projects with different stakeholders
What will make you successful
- Bachelor degree (completed or ongoing) in communication, design, digital communication or equivalent
- Event Management interest and/or experience an advantage
- Good knowledge of picture/video edition softwares such as Canva, and PowerPoint
- Ability to connect with colleagues and stakeholders, build communication objectives from the various expectations and deliver on them in a creative way
- Ability to work autonomously and show initiative in a challenging environment
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
