As a Communications Manager – Content & Editorial at Nestlé, your mission is to help shape and elevate corporate storytelling by driving editorial excellence and content strategy across internal and external channels. You’ll make a difference by bringing a proactive approach and collaborating closely with Corporate Affairs teams, Content Studios, markets, functions, and subject-matter experts. How you’ll make an impact as a Communications Manager – Content & Editorial
- Driving a forward-looking content strategy and editorial planning that brings business priorities, purpose, and reputation topics to life.
- Building compelling storylines and narratives across articles, scripts, long-form storytelling, and social content to strengthen trust and engagement.
- Delivering end-to-end content development, actively drafting and refining content, while also briefing, guiding, and reviewing work with internal teams, studios, and agencies.
- Overseeing the planning and creation of content assets, including articles, scripts, videos, social assets and long-form storytelling.
- Empowering a high-performing Content & Editorial team through clear priorities, coaching, and consistent feedback.
- Improving content impact by using performance insights and feedback to continuously evolve formats, language, and storytelling approaches.
What will make you successful
- Bringing proven experience in corporate communications, journalism, or editorial/content leadership to deliver inspiring, high-quality content and campaigns that strengthen trust and reputation.
- Applying excellent writing and editing skills to translate complex topics into crisp language, while safeguarding tone of voice and reputational risk.
- Shaping content strategy and storytelling, using audience needs and performance insights to improve impact.
- Ideating and delivering end-to-end multimedia content.
- As a people-focused team leader, developing and coaching others while partnering confidently in a fast-paced matrix environment.
- Communicating with full professional proficiency in English (expert proficiency in written English).
- Championing continuous improvement, innovation and new storytelling, including effective use of emerging tools and technologies.
- Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
