Position Summary  

 

As a Corporate Cost Management Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the cost manager in day-to-day cost analysis activities.

A Day in the Life of a Corporate Cost Management Analyst

 

  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with the IT finance team and key finance contacts in the markets to ensure the success of cost analysis projects
  • Analyze and understand business needs, write concepts and specifications, and align requirements with the development team
  • Coordinate test scope, schedule, and planning, as well as handle in-country activities related to personnel cost calculations and requirements for forecasting purposes
  • Collaborate with UX experts for user testing and respond to ad-hoc requests related to costing
  • Interact with users to gather their needs and expectations, and coach and develop internal analysts in the white-collar area within the Costing Center of Competence (CCC)

 

What will make you successful

 

  • A degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience as a cost accountant in finance management
  • Expertise in Excel for data analysis and financial modeling
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Open-minded and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • A service-oriented mindset, focusing on delivering value to internal and external customers
  • SAP Controlling, PAPM Allocation, Power BI and/or Magnitude (Consolidation) Knowledge is a plus
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
