Position Summary
As a Customer Activation (CRM) Intern, you will support the transition of CRM campaign management by assisting in the delivery of email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail assets. Collaborating closely with the Customer Activation Manager, you will coordinate with internal teams and external creative agencies to develop CRM content for local markets. Additionally, you will help standardize CRM processes and analyze post-campaign performance to drive improvements. This role offers hands-on experience in CRM execution and contributes to impactful consumer activations.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Activation (CRM) Intern
- Assist in the creative asset development process by helping to brief agencies, gather feedback, and ensure everything aligns with brand and campaign guidelines
- Help coordinate the delivery of CRM content across various communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail) to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on time.
- Provide support for upcoming CRM activations, including brand campaigns, tactical initiatives, seasonal promotions, and ongoing activities.
- Analyse post-activation campaign performance to identify key learnings and provide insights for future activations.
- Support the CRM campaign transition process by ensuring a smooth handover of campaign workflows, templates, and best practices.
- Work alongside the Customer Activation Manager to help standardize CRM processes and ensure they align with broader digital marketing strategies.
What will make you successful
- Student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Marketing or other-related field
- Previous CRM experience a plus
- Interest in CRM, digital marketing, and campaign execution
- Highly organized & flexible, comfortable dealing with many stakeholders and projects
- Analytical skills & business-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas effectively.
- Fluent in English. French is a plus
