Position Summary
As a Customer Activation (CRM) Intern, you will support the transition from traditional CRM campaign operations toward a strategic and future‑ready direct channel ecosystem. Working closely with the Global Customer Activation Manager, you will help coordinate CRM campaign execution (email, push, SMS), while also contributing to foundational work that enables the development of the Direct Channel Strategy. You will support day‑to‑day CRM activities, help prepare materials and insights that feed into channel frameworks and playbooks, and assist in harmonizing processes. This internship offers hands‑on CRM experience combined with exposure to strategic channel evolution.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Activation (CRM) Intern
- Coordinate CRM campaign execution across key channels including email, push notifications, and SMS
- Assist the Global Customer Activation Manager with day‑to‑day CRM activities to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery
- Prepare materials, presentations, and documentation that will feed into channel frameworks, playbooks, and internal guidelines
- Consolidate data, benchmarks and simple insights that help inform ongoing work on direct channel principles and activation rules
- Help organize and harmonize CRM processes, templates, and workflows to support the team
- Collaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to gather assets, feedback, and ensure alignment with channel requirements
- Gain exposure to how direct channels (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) evolve and are managed within a global digital marketing environment
What will make you successful
- Student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Marketing or other-related field
- Previous CRM experience a plus
- Interest in CRM, digital marketing, and campaign execution
- Highly organized & flexible, comfortable dealing with many stakeholders and projects
- Analytical skills & business-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas effectively.
- Fluent in English. French is a plus
