Position Summary  

 

As a Digital & Event Intern, you will support the Swiss Workplace Solutions (SWS) team in achieving key communications objectives through the following deliverables.

We offer a dynamic, inclusive and international working environment with many opportunities across different companies, functions and regions and work together in diverse teams with diverse cultures.

 


A Day in the Life of a Digital & Event Intern

 

  • Assist the SWS team in delivering impactful communication initiatives
  • Support the planning, promotion, execution and follow up of communication plans
  • Develop content for internal digital channels
  • Create compelling visual assets to support various communications
  • Draft scripts for video messages and other multimedia projects
  • Help organize and coordinate internal events, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up
  • Coordinate and follow up various projects with different stakeholders

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Bachelor degree (completed or ongoing) in hospitality, communication, design, digital communication or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of picture edition software and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and basic HTML skills would be an advantage
  • Ability to connect to colleagues and stakeholders, build communication objectives from the various expectations and deliver on them in a creative way
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent level of French and English (verbal and written communication skills)
