Position Summary  


As an End to End Manufacturing Supply Intern, your will actively contribute to the development and implementation of an IT solution. You will lead working group sessions, create mock-ups based on user needs, collaborate with IT teams, and provide technical support during the roll-out. Gain valuable insights into the food industry and its production requirements.

A Day in the Life of an End to End Manufacturing Supply Intern

 

  • Lead working group session to collect inputs & needs from users on IT solution
  • Translate needs in an IT solutions with Mock up and get consensus from working group
  • Collaborate with IT to develop the tool solution
  • Lead piloting, collect feedback and improve the tool with IT teams ( can be several iterations)
  • Develop / execute training session for future users across the 5 zones
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users during roll out
  • Collect improvement request
  • Understand food industry and basic requirements related to production

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Student or fresh graduate in a bachelor or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering or related field 
  • Previous experience in a complex working environment, ideally with practical field experience
  • Demonstrated resilience, agility and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent stakeholder management tool and communication skills
  • Strong personal organization skills and familiarity with process methods
  • Dynamic and mature mindset
  • Solid IT skills with excellent knowledge of Power BI and Excel being an advantage
  • Fluent in English
