Position Summary  

 

As a Global Brand Campaigns Intern, you will be at the heart of Nespresso’s marketing team, supporting the Brand Campaign Manager and Project Manager through every stage of a campaign—from brief creation to launch. This role offers a unique experience in bringing creative concepts to life and crafting impactful communication for global audiences. You’ll play an active part in shaping meaningful brand experiences that enhance Nespresso’s brand equity, gaining valuable insights into brand management and global marketing.

 

A Day in the Life of a Global Brand Campaigns Intern

 

Campaign Development:

  • Collaborate with creative and production agencies to help deliver campaign materials.
  • Assist in creating campaign briefs through workshops, insights generation, and meetings.
  • Support the organization of shoots by coordinating various components and products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • In collaboration with other team members, work with 360° teams, zones, and markets to ensure communication executions align with the creative concept.
  • Collaborate with the translation team to ensure campaigns are available in all necessary languages and formats.
  • Assist with market-specific requests, ensuring consistency with the global concept.

Toolkits & Deliverables:

  • Help develop Guidebooks and Communication Toolkits for market distribution.
  • With the support of your colleague, create a Campaign Editorial Calendar to assist markets with social publishing.

Additional Support:

  • Assist in pre- and post-campaign evaluations with the insights team.
  • Help build and maintain a repository of global best practices to share with markets.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Fresh graduate in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, with prior experience in communications or marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Familiarity with agency management is advantageous.
  • Passion for high-end or luxury brands, and/or brands with a direct business model, is an advantage.
  • Natural leadership skills, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
