As a Global Brand and Capability Corporate Events Intern, you will play a key role in the preparation & production of several Brand Building capabilities activities and any new programs. In addition, you will engage employees on the brand through their lifecycle elevating their knowledge of brand experiences, upskilling their marketing capabilities and creating a strong brand community across the organization globally and locally.
A day in the life of a Global Brand and Capability Corporate Events Intern
Event production :
- Coordinate with Nespresso HQ and market points of contact to ensure project delivery aligns with Brand Experiences guidelines, including the selection and management of external partners and oversight of legal and procurement aspects.
- Lead all administrative and operational tasks related to events (e.g., purchase orders, budget tracking) and prepare comprehensive presentations and reports.
- Organize Nespresso market participation in events (hospitality platforms and experiences) and develop related amplification strategies.
Content creation :
- Align with Nespresso HQ teams for brief validation and collaborate with creative and production agencies on delivering high-quality creative executions.
- Oversee all stages of production during events and shoots, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and monitor post-event performance.
What will make you successful
- University student or recent graduate in Communication, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields
- Previous work experience or internships are a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated creative thinking abilities, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in French or another language is a plus
