As a Global Brand Public Relations (PR) & Brand Events Intern, you will play a key role in the preparation & production of several Brand Building capabilities activities and any new programs. In addition, you will engage employees on the brand through their lifecycle elevating their knowledge of brand experiences, upskilling their marketing capabilities and creating a strong brand community across the organization globally and locally. 

 

A day in the life of a Global Brand Public Relations & Brand Events Intern

 

Brand PR Responsibilities : 

  • Assist in the creative development and execution of PR strategies and campaigns, including the creation and distribution of PR assets (press releases, media kits, promotional materials) and conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for PR strategies and brand events, while also assisting in organizing and coordinating these events, including logistics and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment, monitor media coverage, and compile reports on PR activities and event outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders, while contributing creative ideas for brand storytelling and engagement initiatives.


Events production : 

  • Coordinate with HQ and market points of contact to ensure project delivery aligns with Brand Experiences guidelines, including selecting and managing external partners for global platforms (e.g., Cannes Film Festival).
  • Oversee all legal and procurement aspects with partners, lead administrative and operational tasks (RFPs, purchase orders, budget tracking), and prepare comprehensive presentations and reports.

 

Hospitality Management : 

  • Organize Nespresso markets participation to our events (Intl Hospitality platforms & experiences) & related amplification strategies

 

Content creation : 

  • Align with Nespresso HQ teams for brief validation and partner with creative and production agencies to deliver high-quality creative executions.
  • Oversee all stages of production during events and shoots, ensuring quality standards are met, and monitor post-event performance.

 

What will make you successful 

 

  • University student or recent graduate in Communication, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields
  • Previous work experience or internships considered a plus
  • Ability to develop compelling PR assets, demonstrating a passion for brand development, creativity, and a keen eye for detail, along with an interest in media and influencers
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with PR tools and platforms is a plus
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in French or another language is a plus
