As a Global CRM Intern, you will support both the Global CRM Campaign & Global CRM Lifecycle teams in their mission to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by delivering personalized experiences powered by data and insights. You will work on projects related to one-shot campaigns and automated programs, giving value at every stage of the customer lifecycle!

 

A Day in the Life of a Global CRM Intern

 

  • Support on/lead projects related to automated programs, one-shot campaigns and commercial initiatives: strategy definition, markets guidebook creation, CRM assets development
  • Collaborate closely with our creative agency partners and HQ teams to follow the progress of toolkits development, ensuring stakeholders’ feedback has been accounted for
  • Gather & analyze markets best practices and support on 360 performance analysis, leveraging data and insights
  • Provide operational support in the day-to-day activities of the team

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Marketing or other-related field
  • Previous CRM experience preferred
  • Project management skills: highly organized & flexible, comfortable dealing with many stakeholders and projects
  • Analytical skills & business-oriented mindset
  • Excellent time management and great attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English. French is a plus
