Position Summary  

 

As a Global Convenience Channel Lead, you will develop Nestlé Group business in Convenience and On-The-Go channels across all markets and categories, by developing and implementing winning channel strategies to enhance our presence and increase our market share in these channels.

A Day in the Life of a Global Convenience Channel Lead

 

  • Define the role of the convenience channel for the Strategic Business Unit, portfolio strategy for the channel, price pack architecture for the channel, entering new categories or segments
  • Develop and constantly evolve playbook to build winning channel strategies (Assortment, Price Pack Architecture, Promo/Visibility, Route To Market)
  • Drive potential regional/global distribution partnerships and negotiate global framework agreements  until monitoring the execution of these agreements
  • Develop above market relationship with global Convenience Channel players
  • Lead the Convenience Channel Acceleration Network, including SBUs, Zones, Markets and other Corporate experts


What will make you successful

 

  • Minimum 10 years broad Generating Demand experience acquired in leading CGPs or Retailers
  • Proven experience building and implementing successful strategies for Convenience and On-The-Go channels is a must
  • Experience working in above market teams
  • Expertise in Sales Operations and RTM activities
  • Highly developed strategic thinking & influencing skills
  • Track record of successful project management 
  • Fluent in English
