Position Summary

 

The Global Corporate Webmaster is the guardian of all corporate websites. Reporting to the Digital Corporate Communications Manager, this role is to ensure that the global website (nestle.com) is fully up to date, performs at its highest level and has a consistent identity and experience across all the sections. On top, the person works closely with markets sharing recommendations and guidance to bring all local corporate websites to a high level of consistency and performance. The person is also in charge of all content updates, publications and distribution of news. 

A day in a life of a Global Corporate Webmaster:

 

  • Lead and ensure timely publication of all corporate communications and announcements (i.e. press releases, news, emailing)
  • Lead and ensure timely content updates of nestle.com to ensure the website is always up to date, working closely with different Nestlé departments 
  • Lead the creation of new landing and article pages with best-in-class user journeys and page layouts, leveraging the digital components available
  • Recommend and implement on-going optimizations (content and technical) on nestle.com to increase website performance
  • Ensure best-in-class application of digital components on nestle.com to increase consistency and alignment across the entire web estate
  • Guide and engage with markets to bring the local corporate websites to the next level by running assessments, developing guidance and sharing recommendations based on data & insights
  • Lead the implementation of SEO technical optimizations to ensure excellent organic performance of nestle.com
  • Analyze the performance of the corporate websites leveraging analytics and UX web tools and share recommendations
  • Be the expert of the digital design system and bring recommendation to create new digital components and improve user experience across the websites
  • Contribute to the development of the Corporate Website strategy by sharing recommendations based on data & insights

What will make you successful

 

  • University degree in Communications or Marketing 
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital communications or marketing
  • Professional experience in FMCG or pharma industries, or digital agency 
  • Operational experience with web CMS and HTML writing
  • Good knowledge and understanding of SEO and web analytics
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Figma and other design tools
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects with timely delivery and drive
  • Highly organized and structured, attention to detail, supportive, reliable and team player
  • Understand and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances, and personal styles
  • Problem solver and ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Strong passion for digital and openness to learn and develop in this area
  • English fluent, French or German is a plus
  • Experience in working in large, diverse, and complex organizations is a plus
