Position Summary  

 

We are seeking a talented and motivated Global Design Intern to join our Global Design team. In this role, you will support embedding Design Excellence at Nestlé in benefit of all our brands by collaborating in the orchestration of community-building events and trends monitoring, and in the creation or adaptation of guidelines, presentations, and supporting visuals to engage and support understanding of design.

 

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to how Nestlé defines and guides global practices for design, how we inspire and share guidance and trends, and how we build a community of design enthusiasts that cross functions and borders.

A Day in the Life of a Global Design Intern

 

  • Support the Global Design team in creating and adapting design-related guidance and training  materials,adhering to brand identity and visual guidelines
  • Foster engagement within our internal and agency Design Community through quarterly forums, developing your event management skills.
  • Assist in driving event engagement by providing logistical support and creating digital posts
  • Prepare, create or adapt, and organize visual assets, ensuring our library is consistently enhanced for easy access and sharing
  • Support in orchestrating and preparing the sharing and internal/external communication of inspiring brand identity and strategic design initiatives
  • Support Nestlé Design Excellence in the communication of internal and external training opportunities
  • Sharpen your analytical skills by monitoring design trends and capture insights for our categories collaborating with agency partners to produce regular internal updates, enhancing your teamwork and collaboration skills 

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Recently completed Bachelor or Master degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or similar
  • Interest and exposure to the fundamentals of Branding, brand Identity and Brand Design
  • Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects is highly desirable
  • Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, strong sense of Brand Design
  • Interest in learning how design operates within large, global brands
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Knowledge in animation and video software is a plus
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
  • High level of fluency in both spoken and written English
