Position Summary

In this global role, you will develop and implement digital commerce strategic framework to accelerate online conversion across Nestlé Worldwide.

A day in the life of a Global Digital Commerce & Direct to Consumer Lead
  • Define core strategic components of global digital commerce framework
  • Lead the re-launch of commerce enablers to improve conversion across contact points through a better pool of global suppliers and lead product development roadmap to meet local business needs
  • Accelerate Digital Commerce journey by developing global strategies guidance’s for lower funnel media activation
  • Define Direct to Consumer strategy inclusive of new DtC launch assessment and activation of existing DtC through platform development
  • Foster markets adoption of Digital Commerce strategy to drive better media efficiencies by developing and deploying capabilities to support markets in building their eBusiness action plans
  • Lead and coach the digital commerce team to enable best potential of its members
What will make you successful

 

  • University Degree
  • 5-6 years in Marketing with Digital/Media/eRetail experience and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
  • Experience in Direct to Consumer is a must
  • Solid knowledge in holistic brand building
  • E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Fluent in English
