As Global Marketing Lead Inflammatory Bowel Diseases & Modulen® Brand Lead at Nestlé Nutrition & Health, your mission is to develop and lead the global strategy that will help Nestlé win in Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, while providing global brand leadership for Modulen®. You will make a difference by shaping the innovation pipeline, lead cross-functional teams, and work closely with Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Market Access, Sales, Finance, Operations, Zones and key markets to deliver growth, strengthen portfolio performance and bring meaningful solutions to patients, healthcare professionals and caregivers. This is a unique opportunity to lead a strategically important therapeutic area with significant business scope, including Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, while contributing to innovation concepts and launch readiness aligned with market needs.

  • Leading the global strategy for Inflammatory Bowel Diseases to strengthen Nestlé’s relevance with patients, healthcare professionals and caregivers.
  • Providing global leadership for Modulen® as a differentiated, science-led brand through clear positioning, strong claims and compelling communication.
  • Driving innovation from insight to launch readiness by translating patient, customer, payer, product and competitor needs into meaningful growth opportunities.
  • Shaping global activation plans, product value stories and launch materials that help markets deliver with confidence and consistency.
  • Partnering across markets and functions to unlock insights, accelerate best-practice sharing and improve commercial execution.
  • Managing strategic initiatives and budgets to deliver high-quality outcomes on time, with strong impact for the business and the people we serve.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Bringing strong medical and scientific acumen, with the ability to translate evidence, medical topics and claims into relevant patient, customer and business insights.
  • Applying knowledge of regulatory frameworks, healthcare systems, market access, claims development and approval processes to support compliant and impactful brand growth.
  • Building strong brand positioning, unique selling propositions, claims and value propositions that resonate with healthcare professionals, caregivers and patients.
  • Turning strategy into action by leading change, staying resourceful and driving impact through collaboration, influence and clear communication.
  • Leading cross-functional and international projects in a matrix environment, influencing without direct authority and building Innovation and Renovation pipelines end to end.
  • Communicating fluently in English; bringing sales experience in medical nutrition, consumer healthcare or prescribed healthcare products would be a strong differentiator.
