As a Global Public Affairs Lead for Nutrition, Health and Wellness (NHW) at Nestlé, your mission is to play a strategic role in shaping and advancing the global public affairs agenda for NHW, strengthening Nestlé’s credibility, legitimacy and influence with the stakeholders who matter most. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with senior leaders from zones, markets, and global functions, as well as leading external organizations and key opinion leaders. This is a unique opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills, take ownership of a priority agenda for the company, grow your expertise, and make a difference at scale.
How you’ll make an impact as a Global Public Affairs Lead – Nutrition, Health and Wellness
- Leading the global public affairs strategy for NHW, shaping advocacy priorities that strengthen Nestlé’s credibility, reputation and license to operate.
- Facilitating strategic consultations, key opinion labs and stakeholder convenings that help shape the external environment and enable teams to advance the NHW strategy.
- Building trusted relationships with key opinion leaders, public health organizations, civil society organizations, academics, peers and partners to explore new ways to move the agenda forward.
- Driving advocacy plans across global and regional platforms, helping Nestlé engage credibly in external events, stakeholder convenings, media conversations and investor discussions.
- Connecting markets, zones, functions and senior leaders to align positions, redefine meaningful indicators and support collaboration with key governance bodies.
- Articulating Nestlé’s position clearly and persuasively, including in high-visibility discussions with senior executives and external stakeholders.

- Bringing strong stakeholder engagement and advocacy, expertise with governmental, multilateral, policy, civil society, investor and nutrition-related stakeholders.
- Applying strategic judgment and diplomacy in high-exposure discussions, negotiations and reputation situations where credibility and moderation are essential.
- Using strong facilitation and influencing skills to bring different viewpoints together, navigate competing interests and help teams move a shared agenda forward.
- Bringing strong collaboration skills across functions, markets and leadership teams to deliver impact in a global matrix environment through transversal leadership.
- Communicating fluently in English, with the clarity and confidence to influence senior stakeholders and external audiences credibly.
- Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
