As a Global Talent Assessment Manager at Nestlé, your mission is to design and continuously evolve an entreprise-wide assessment strategy and experience for selection, development, succession, and differentiate the assessment journeys for our most critical talent segments. Combining deep scientific assessment expertise with a human-centered design and AI-first mindset, you will create world-class assessment experiences that strengthen leadership pipelines, elevate talent decisions, and create lasting impact across Nestle Talent ecosystem. Working across Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Inclusion & Belonging, People Analytics, HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and external partners, you will help shape the future of talent across Nestlé. How you’ll make an impact as a Global Talent Assessment Manager
- Defining and evolving Nestlé’s global assessment strategy, building a scientifically robust and future-ready assessment ecosystem that strengthens talent decisions across markets, functions, and leadership levels.
- Designing end-to-end assessment frameworks (eg. competency based, potential models, success profiles, experiences for senior roles) applying human centered design principles to ensure strong governance, consistency and scalability.
- Defining and manage the end-to-end candidate and employee assessment experience, with seamless hand-offs into hiring, succession planning, leadership development, and development discussions.
- Leading assessment centres for critical and executive roles, and support leadership assessments for progression and mobility.
- Translating assessment outputs into actionable insights, and recommendations for senior business leaders, helping to shape the broader Talent & Development strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Leveraging AI, digital technologies, and emerging assessment practices to continuously enhance effectiveness, experience, and business value.
- Partnering internally with Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Belonging, HR BPs, and other CoEs to ensure fairness, consistency, and a seamless employee experience.
- Building capability across HR colleagues, hiring managers, and business leaders so that assessment findings translate into meaningful development plans and evidence-based talent decisions.
- Acting as business owner for selection, assessment and executive search partners, managing E2E the vendor ecosystem, including its commercial performance and ensuring timely delivery.
What will make you successful
- Bringing deep expertise in assessment methodologies (advanced psychometrics, behavioral and structured interviewing expertise, assessment centres), and the design, validation, and scaling of assessment solutions in a cross cultural and multi market context.
- Applying strong analytical, statistical, and research capabilities to evaluate predictive validity, generate talent insights, connect assessment outcomes to business performance, and influence strategic talent decisions through evidence-based recommendations.
- Applying design thinking and AI-first principles, digital HR solutions, and responsible AI practices to create experiences that balance innovation, fairness, accessibility, and compliance.
- Translating data into stories that influence the choices of senior business leaders, and use insights to shape the broader talent and development agenda.
- Communicating fluently in English; additional languages are an advantage.
