As a Graphic Designer at Nestlé Corporate Identity & Design, your mission is to apply, protect, and evolve the Nestlé Corporate Brand identity. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with internal teams and external creative partners to deliver clear, engaging, and on‑brand visual solutions. How you’ll make an impact as a Graphic Designer – Corporate Identity & Design

 

  • Designing and developing a wide range of corporate visual assets - from publications and presentations to event materials, signage, and internal communications - by transforming briefs into high‑quality outputs that elevate the Nestlé corporate brand across global touchpoints
  • Translating corporate strategy, purpose, and narratives into compelling visual solutions, using your strong conceptual thinking and mastery of layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling to create work that strengthens trust, recognition, and brand consistency worldwide
  • Delivering creative excellence for flagship corporate projects, including major publications and high‑visibility executive materials, ensuring every asset reflects precision, craft, and a deep understanding of both print and digital production requirements
  • Partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Corporate Affairs, HR, Investor Relations and other teams, shaping clear, impactful presentations and communication materials that support strategic priorities and resonate with senior executive audiences
  • Applying the Nestlé Corporate Identity system with accuracy and consistency, ensuring correct use of logos, typography, imagery, layout systems, and design standards while guiding others to uphold the integrity of the brand
  • Collaborating with internal colleagues and external agencies, suppliers, and production partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards, creative intent, timelines, and technical specifications while contributing fresh ideas, inspiration, and innovative design approaches

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Bringing extensive design experience within a corporate or agency environment
  • Showcasing strong expertise in graphic design, visual communication, or media and interaction design, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to take creative projects from concept to completion with clarity, craft, and strategic intent
  • Demonstrating an advanced level of creative execution, supported by deep technical expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI‑assisted design tools, and a solid understanding of asset preparation for both print and digital environments, as well as a good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint 
  • Working with precision, structure, and a high level of organization, enabling you to manage multiple high‑priority projects independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail across all deliverables
  • Connecting confidently with diverse teams and senior stakeholders, using strong collaboration and presentation skills to articulate your creative vision, influence decision‑making, and contribute positively to a respectful, high‑performing team culture
  • Being a proactive learner who explores fresh, creative ways to approach and solve design challenges
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus
  • Bringing curiosity, empathy, empowerment, wellbeing mindset, learning agility, resourcefulness and performance
