Position Summary
As a Recruitment Assistant Intern, you will be part of the NRCC (Nestlé Recruitment Competence Center) and support the day-to-day activities of Recruitment Partners. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience and develop essential skills in recruitment processes. You will engage with both internal and external stakeholders, providing you with significant exposure to the dynamics of talent acquisition.
A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Assistant Intern
- Learn how to develop engaging job advertisements that attract top talent
- Discover how to post job ads on our careers page and various job boards to reach a wider audience
- Assist Recruitment Partners in coordinating the full organization of interviews (online, face to face, case study)
- Under the guidance of experienced team members, help organize Assessment Centers to evaluate candidates
- Contribute to various ad-hoc projects related to recruitment, gaining exposure to different aspects of HR
What will make you successful
- Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant academic or practical experience in HR and/or as an assistant is preferred
- High organization skills and good communication
- Strong team spirit
- At ease with various digital tools or willing to learn
- Able to work in English (spoken and written), French is a strong asset
