Head of Employee Experience & Belonging

Location: Vevey, Switzerland

Company: Société des Produits Nestlé
Work model: Hybrid / Full time
Contract type / duration: Permanent

Target Start date: ASAP

Deadline for applications: 20 July 2026

Be a force for good and accelerate change that improves lives and the planet.

As a Head of Employee Experience & Belonging, your mission is to bring together employee experience and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion under one unified, forward-looking belonging agenda: building a Nestlé where employees thrive, feel seen, valued and able to contribute fully - at global scale, for more than 270,000 employees. You’ll drive real impact by shaping the environment, moments and culture where difference becomes a source of strength, and by translating employee insights into action. You’ll collaborate closely with Talent, People Analytics, Corporate Affairs, Employee Health & Wellbeing, HR teams and business leaders. This is your opportunity to take ownership, grow your expertise, and make a difference at scale.

How you’ll make an impact as a Head of Employee Experience & Belonging

  • Owning the end-to-end employee experience approach, from attraction and onboarding through to exit and alumni, redesigning the moments that matter and the micro-moments that shape belonging.
  • Establishing a global employee experience framework that combines human-centred design, service design and digital tools to create a coherent Nestlé experience across markets and employee groups.
  • Designing listening approaches with People Analytics, translating feedback into action-oriented narratives and visibly closing the loop to strengthen trust and participation.
  • Embedding belonging practices into the business rhythm, strengthening psychological safety, voice, equitable access to opportunity and leader accountability.
  • Stewarding the internal employee value proposition and belonging narrative through authentic storytelling, internal campaigns and moments that build cultural pride and shared identity.
  • Leading the global belonging community, senior stakeholder reporting and external positioning, enabling local execution, shared learning and clear recommendations for people leaders.
  • Contributing to senior stakeholder dialogues and shaping recommendations on the “Employee Experience” priorities, strengthening alignment and traction across the organisation.

What will make you successful

  • Proven track record leading Employee Experience, Culture or Belonging at scale within a complex organization - connecting enterprise priorities to measurable outcomes across diverse employee populations.
  • Experience operating at the intersection of HR, business, and brand/communications thinking - translating strategic priorities into tangible employee experiences and measurable impact.
  • Applying human-centred design, journey mapping, or service design to make employee experience challenges tangible and improve how employees experience work.
  • Using data, human insights and storytelling to synthesize complex information, structure content clearly and influence senior leaders with compelling recommendations.
  • Collaborating across HR and the broader organization to prioritize needs based on data, communicate clearly, and scale belonging practices that remain locally relevant.
  • Communicating fluently in English with impact, with a demonstrated ability to partner with senior HR and business leaders and influence across boundaries without formal authority.
  • Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
