As Head of Talent - Global Operations at Nestlé, your mission is to set the direction and govern the talent agenda for #OneOperations across three zones, shaping the senior leadership strength and future-ready capabilities that enable Focus, Speed and Impact at scale. How you’ll make an impact as Head of Talent – Global Operations

 

  • Shape and drive the #OneOperations Talent Strategy globally, aligning it with the Nestlé Operational Masterplan, Corporate Talent agenda and the future capability needs of Operations.

 

  • Lead senior talent agendas for Operations, including succession planning, talent reviews and leadership pipeline development for key global, regional and operational roles.

 

  • Turn talent insights, workforce data and external benchmarks into clear priorities that support stronger leadership decisions.

 

  • Work with Centres of Excellence to define future Operations capabilities and bring scalable leadership, technical, digital and AI-enabled development solutions to life.

 

  • Strengthen talent and development practices, from career conversations and development plans to mentoring, stretch assignments, acceleration programmes and internal mobility.

 

  • Bring consistency and transparency to global talent processes across three zones, using strong governance, analytics and data quality to measure impact.

 

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Extensive experience in Talent Management for senior roles, with a strong track record in succession planning, leadership development and talent reviews that build robust leadership pipelines.

 

  • A strong understanding of Operations, with the strategic and operational acumen to connect business priorities, talent needs and succession insights into practical development and deployment plans.

 

  • Agile with data, using talent analytics, dashboards and workforce insights to anticipate gaps, sharpen priorities and drive faster, evidence-based talent decisions.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge senior leaders in Operations and in the markets, including Executive-level stakeholders, while building trusted partnerships across HR, Centres of Excellence and the broader business.

 

  • Outstanding communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messages for a wide range audiences and build trusted relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
