In order to complete the team of IT solution for Human Resources Department, we are currently looking for a IT Sr. Product Manager - HR Core.

You will be responsible for this product from “ideation and strategy” through “continuous value management” to “retirement”.

Together with your Product Group Manager for Employee Lifecycle (HR Core, Payroll & Time Management, Employee Services Automation & Digital Experience). You will be responsible for HR Core product within this Product Group.

You will also manage the team(s) developing the capabilities as well as the stakeholders receiving the capabilities and can deliver value to other products and product groups.
     
 


 

A day in the life of...

Below would be high-level responsibilities:
- Define go-to-market strategy
- Elaborate product vision and vision execution
- Ensure the end-to-end value delivery (including user adoption)
- Ensure adoption of Agile / product management ways of working

Scope of HR Core Product is aligned with that of the HR Core function within the Group HR. Below is the breakdown of this product area – enabled mainly through Successfactors EmployeeCentral technology that is integrated into SAP Payroll. This product serves more than 250k employees of Nestle spread around 120+ countries.
• Employee Life events – Hiring to Termination
• Employee master data management and distribution
• Position & Organizational Management
• Employee & Manager Self Services

Your typical day-to-day activities include:
• Orchestrating internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps
• Define the long-term automation and employee experience improvement roadmap to enable business outcomes from this product
• Gather insights on product impact and adoption among our receivers in Nestle Markets
• Benchmark externally and adopt product strategy during  product life
• Partner with and provide support to Group HR Employee Services Function and its Centers of Scale around the world
• Coaching and leading an internal team of Product Owners / Business Analysts / Tech Experts
• Managing external vendors to help deliver the end to end lifecycle of the product

What will make you successful

• 10+ years of experience in HR Technology
• 5+ years of experience in leading lifecycle management of HR Core Cloud Technologies – ideally Successfactors Employee Central or similar – like Workday, etc
• 5+ years of Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams 
• 2+ years of experience working in Product Management / Agile delivery environment
• Working knowledge of user research and UI/UX, agile delivery approach  
• People leadership and senior stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communications skills in English – oral & written
