As Innovation & Renovation Portfolio Specialist, you will be enabling effective Portfolio and R&D Resource Management through high-quality data management, analytics, and reporting. As a key contributor to portfolio governance processes, you will ensure compliance with internal standards.

A Day in the Life of a Innovation & Renovation Portfolio Specialist
- Verify completeness and quality of I&R Portfolio and Project relevant information based on the Corporate (I2L) and Nutrition specific database
- Maintain and continuously strengthen the database in I2L and adjacent tools (Nutrition specific PowerBI and dashboards, link with system experts)
- Engage with R&D functions to ensure up-to-date R&D project information for analysis and governance
- Produce and analyze standard and ad-hoc reports for the I&R Portfolio, the R&D and Business Teams
- Support the I&R Portfolio Managers in preparing for I&R Portfolio Reviews and Project Governance
- Verify reliable R&D Resource information (R&D time recording, project time and cost planning)
What will make you successful
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field: Data Science, Information Management or Statistics
- Additional certification or coursework in data analytics and reporting tools
- Prior successful work experience in data analytics and reporting
- Self-starter who displays a high degree of ownership and excellence in execution
- Flexible & agile, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work within a cross-functional and networked organization
- Result-focused with strong organizational, interpersonal & prioritization skills
- Can-do attitude with continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerBI and Excel, as well as other collaborative tools (Teams & SharePoint)
- Fluency in English
At Nestlé Research and Development, we develop for Nestlé worldwide, new products, processes and packaging concepts for a broad range of products of our Nutrition, Dairy, Health Science and Coffee businesses. In addition, we also provide technical assistance to our factories.
