Position Summary
As a Legal R&D Intern, you will be involved in enhancing processes, implementing new templates, and supporting contract drafting and negotiating activities. You will also contribute to systemimprovement initiatives, update training materials, assist with legal research and maintain accurate documentation and databases.

A Day in the Life of a Legal R&D Intern
Under the supervision and guidance of more senior members of the team:
- Implement new templates as needed / fix issues/ update clauses and assist the legal counsels for each in R&D Centers
- Support with preparing contract Playbooks (by following up with contract template owners to ensure the playbook is populated & consistent and updated)
- Draft, review or negotiate R&D contracts
- Implement elements of the R&D compliance program for Nestlé's R&D units
- Support the deployment of our contract management and negotiation tools
- Review and refine processes and training
What will make you successful
- Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent), recently graduated or in the final stages of study
- Previous in-house experience a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of adaptability and strong proactive skills
- Curiousity and solid work ethic
- Fluent in English (oral and written), other languages are a plus
