Position Summary  

 

As a Logistics Management Intern, you will be supporting an internal People Development project by identifying key roles and essential skills, updating training materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall learning experience. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics management while developing valuable skills in project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

 

A Day in the Life of a Logistics Management Intern

 

  • Actively engage with an internal major project focused on People Development to understand its objectives and processes
  • After a strong onboarding on the project, identify key roles within the organization and analyze the essential skills required for these positions
  • Support the assessment of training materials to determine which resources are most effective for skill development
  • Help review and update a collection of training materials and compliance documents to ensure relevance and accuracy
  • Contribute to maintaining oversight on the quality of content, ensuring it aligns with organizational standards
  • Work alongside Nestlé Business Services to assist in creating engaging and innovative training materials that enhance the learning experience.
  • Participate in regular communication with various stakeholders to align on project objectives and facilitate collaboration.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Student or fresh graduate in a degree in Management, Engineering Systems, Logistics, or a related field 
  • Good knowledge of logistics in warehousing and transportation developed through an internship or any other activity
  • Familiarity with how to work effectively with factory operations
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Demonstrated maturity and professionalism in a work environment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office with a good understanding of how systems integrate.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and/or French a plus.
