Position Summary  


As a Manufacturing Intern, your role will involve supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the Nestlé Manufacturing Functional Competence Framework. This internship will contribute to optimizing the tools and identifying the next steps based on the immediate needs of the Manufacturing community.

A Day in the Life of a Manufacturing Intern

 

  • Update of the learning contents of the Manufacturing Academy
  • Update and reorganize the contents of the Factory Managers Learning Path
  • Establish the foundations for the Learning Path for Production Managers and ME Managers
  • Establish the foundations for Operator Centric learning contents in the Manufacturing Academy
  • Create a suitable platform to consolidate all operational learning content with the aim of maximizing the utilization of the existing digital tools

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Student or fresh graduate in a master’s degree in engineering/ Industrial Organization 
  • Excellent knowledge of project management
  • Good levels of personal organization, document management and communication skills
  • Ability to learn fast and courage to explore unknown areas 
  • Solid IT skills, ideally practiced in MS Office tools. Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English. French is a plus
