As a Manufacturing Projects Intern in Nestlé, you will contribute to strengthening learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across our Nestlé manufacturing community. Your mission is to support the development, structuring, and deployment of projects that enables teams to work more efficiently, respecting our internal standards. You will collaborate closely with experts in Manufacturing Excellence, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to help translate frameworks into practical, actionable tools used in factories worldwide.
How you’ll make an impact as a Manufacturing Projects Intern
- Updating and enhancing learning content related to manufacturing frameworks to ensure clarity, relevance, and usability
- Structuring and organizing materials within digital platforms to support a seamless learning experience for factories globally
- Supporting global initiatives and communities by contributing to the coordination and preparation of excellence-related programs around manufacturing
- Consolidating best practices, examples, and knowledge assets into shared platforms to encourage learning and collaboration
- Partnering with stakeholders to maintain alignment, accuracy, and continuous improvement of ways of working in manufacturing globally
What will make you successful
- Being currently enrolled in either a Bachelor or Master’s degree (or recently graduated) in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields), Operations Management or related fields
- Bringing strong organizational skills and the ability to manage information, documents, and multiple priorities effectively
- Being curious, adaptable, and willing to explore new topics, tools, and ways of working
- Having an interest in digital tools, technology, or data-driven ways of improving processes
- Showing past academical or work experiences using the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel). Experiences using PowerBI, coding (Python) and AI tools are a strong plus
- Communicating fluently in English, with additional languages considered an advantage
