As a NeStep Talent in Talent Acquisition Analytics & Operations at Nestlé, your mission is to simplify, automate and strengthen how Talent Acquisition insights are created, shared and used. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR Business Partners and people leaders to build reliable reporting solutions that support team decisions and a smooth experience for teams and candidates. How you’ll make an impact as a NeStep Talent in Talent Acquisition Analytics & Operations
- Designing a clear Talent Acquisition reporting ecosystem by mapping key data sources, dashboards, indicators and audiences.
- Automating reporting steps to improve efficiency, strengthen data quality and reduce manual work for the team.
- Creating accessible dashboards and insights that help stakeholders make informed, data-driven recruitment decisions.
- Integrating external recruitment market trends and benchmarks to enrich analysis and support strategic workforce discussions.
- Supporting operational excellence across recruitment activities through interview scheduling, immigration process, financial administration and career events organization.
What will make you successful
- Being a fresh graduate with a strong academic background in analytics, data, or digital technologies, and a keen interest in leveraging data and digital tools to drive process improvements
- Being organised, solution-oriented and comfortable working with evolving priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Having the confidence to communicate clearly with different stakeholders and contribute to a positive experience for candidates, hiring teams and colleagues.
- Speaking English fluently; French or German would be an advantage.
- Bringing curiosity, empathy, and ambition.
Eligibility criteria
- Being a recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (bachelor's or master's degree completed within last 12 months).
- Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only.
