As a NeStep Talent in Legal R&D Switzerland, your mission is to support legal operations linked to innovation, partnerships, and compliance across Nestlé’s R&D ecosystem. You will contribute to contract management, legal processes, and compliance initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. How you’ll make an impact as a NeStep talent in Nestlé
- Supporting the drafting, review, and negotiation of R&D-related contracts w
- ith internal teams and external partners
- Contributing to the creation and continuous improvement of processes, contract templates, clauses, and playbooks
- Assisting in the deployment and use of contract management and negotiation tools
- Supporting compliance initiatives, including legal frameworks
- Conducting legal research and helping maintain accurate legal documentation and databases
- Conducting in-depth analyses of international treaties and their implementation at the national level.
- Reviewing and improving processes and training materials to enhance efficiency across R&D Legal
- Collaborating with legal counsels and stakeholders across R&D centres globally
What will make you successful
- Graduated with a Degree in Law (Master’s preferred)
- Strong interest in international law, contract law, innovation, and R&D-related legal topics
- Initial experience (internship or academic) in legal practice is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High level of curiosity, learning agility, and adaptability
- Fluent in English (oral and written); French or other languages are a plus
- Bringing curiosity, empathy, and ambition
Eligibility criteria
- Being a recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (bachelor's or master's degree completed within last 12 months).
- Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only.
