As a NeStep talent in Sustainability & Communications at Nestlé, your mission is to design and deliver impactful internal communication initiatives that make sustainability tangible, relevant, and actionable for employees across Zone Europe. You will collaborate closely with Sustainability and Corporate Communications teams and contribute to strategic projects that drive engagement and understanding of key sustainability topics.

How you’ll make an impact as a NeStep talent in Sustainability & Communication

Contribute to the design and delivery of a flagship internal sustainability event (hybrid, Zone-wide)

Support the development of engaging communication campaigns and content (toolkits, videos, presentations)

Compile and translate complex sustainability topics into clear, structured narratives for diverse audiences
-
Support employee engagement initiatives on sustainability (e.g., immersive experiences, gamified learning, field visits)
-
Conduct research and benchmark sustainability trends and best practices
What will make you successful

Recently graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Management, Environmental Engineering or related field
-
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
-
Proactivity, curiosity, and a strong learning mindset
-
Ability to structure, synthesize and present information clearly
-
Interest in sustainability topics and ability to work across multiple subjects and stakeholders
-
Strong expertise of using digital tools for projects (e.g., MS Office, Canva, AI tools)
-
Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
-
Bringing curiosity, empathy, and ambition.

Being a recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (bachelor's or master's degree completed within last 12 months).

Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only.
