Position Summary 

 

As an Operations Strategy Consultant, you will have an impact on key decisions that will shape Nestlé’s operations footprint across the globe and businesses.

 

A Day in the Life of an Operations Strategy Consultant

 

  • Identify opportunities to address the business needs and enhance operations capabilities to achieve long term competitiveness and profitable growth
  • Drive global supply network design and capital allocation to achieve company objectives
  • Drive the overall analytical approach in line with the project investment objectives
  • Challenge and derive conclusions and provide actionable recommendations
  • Present impactful recommendations to Top Management

 

What will make you successful

 

  • University degree in finance, business, economics or engineering (MBA is a plus)
  • Solid experience in a strategy consulting group, finance or operations functions preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Experience in a project driven environment
  • Motivation to learn about Operations, and Manufacturing processes
  • Proven analytical capabilities and ability to distil information and present conclusions clearly
  • Excellent team player, self-motivated with a “can do” attitude and outstanding communication skills
  • Fluent in English, any other language a plus
