Position Summary  
 

As a People & Culture Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for leading employee-facing campaigns on key topics such as Employee Value Proposition, Diversity & Inclusion, and Employee Health and Wellbeing. You'll support the Global HR Function by communicating strategic priorities to internal and external audiences, driving engagement and creating an inclusive culture globally.

A Day in the Life of a People & Culture Communications Specialist
 

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies on key topics like Employee Health, Diversity and Inclusion, and Learning & Development.
  • Support the team who work with Global Head of HR (Executive Board Member) in all communication aspects – both internal and external. This includes speech writing, support on presentations, webcasts, seminars and employee relations communications. 
  • Advise senior HR leaders on the development and execution of internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Create compelling content for intranet, newsletters, internal social media, and video scripts, ensuring consistency in messaging.
  • Organize and coordinate HR webcasts and events to foster open communication and strengthen two-way communication across the organization.
  • Implement innovative communication formats to enhance employee engagement and information sharing.

 

What will make you successful
 

  • Considerable experience in (digital) communications, including executive communication, speech writing, scripts, and event management
  • Previous experience of working within HR and/or on HR topics 
  • Passion for People and for the HR function  
  • Strong writing and editing skills as well as content creation skills (including video production, image creation and editing) 
  • Proven project management and organizational skills 
  • Strong understanding of Internal Communication channels including Poppulo, Sharepoint, Workplace and Viva Engage 
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
