Position Summary

 

Integrated Business Services offer more and more services to the Nestlé Markets and businesses every year. In 2021, more than 700 new jobs have been created across the NBS centers to respond to the Markets needs for additional services.
As Performance Acceleration Manager, your main goal will be to enable NBS Centers and HR global operations to accelerate the delivery of service improvements through analytics, process mining and insights, ownership of Service improvement roadmap, development of a network and driving projects with IT and solution Teams.

A day in the life of a Performance Acceleration Manager

 

  • Drive the Performance Acceleration Strategy with NBS Centers to create value for the Markets
  • Drive process mining value delivery (Celonis) and scale up adoption. Identify, prioritize, quantify and ensure sponsorship of opportunities. Coordinate the Development and Adoption of Use Cases, ensuring proper Stakeholder Management, generation and communicate of success stories
  • Drive Acceleration Visits leveraging Continuous Improvement methodologies and the Performance Acceleration Network
  • Support to strengthen HR Business Services Performance and Service Delivery by: Identification of Improvement Opportunities, Preparation of the Pipeline, Driving HR strategy with HR Solution Lead and enable them to reach the end goal
  • Connect and develop Performance Acceleration network: Lead and coordinate the execution of the aligned improvement roadmap leveraging and developing further capabilities on the resources at the NBS Centers
