As a Performance Acceleration Senior Analyst at Nestlé Operations, you will join a unique 4-year development programme, completing international assignments of 5-6 months in Nestlé factories around the world. Your mission will be to accelerate operational performance and drive sustainable improvements across our global manufacturing network. You'll make a difference by collaborating closely with local factory teams, R&D experts, and corporate stakeholders.

How you’ll make an impact as a Performance Acceleration Senior Analyst

 

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, productivity, and competitiveness across factories worldwide.
  • Leading operational optimization and digital transformation projects that deliver measurable and sustainable results.
  • Collaborating with factory leadership teams, technical experts, and global stakeholders to accelerate implementation and value creation.
  • Coaching teams and supporting capability building to embed best practices and sustain long-term improvements.
  • Managing cross-functional projects while leveraging Nestlé's global network to share knowledge, benchmark performance, and accelerate innovation.
  • Strengthening operational excellence capabilities by promoting manufacturing standards and continuous learning across markets.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Bringing experience in a factory environment, such as production, quality, engineering, or related manufacturing functions. Previous line management experience is a plus.
  • Applying strong project leadership and problem-solving skills to deliver meaningful business improvements.
  • Using coaching and influencing capabilities to engage, develop, and support diverse teams.
  • Embracing a highly international role that combines extensive travel, long-term factory assignments, and collaboration with diverse teams across different cultures and markets.
  • Communicating fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
