Position Summary  

 

As a Project Management Intern, you will learn and contribute to the development of an IT solution within the Nestlé Supplier Portal (NSP) for Contract Management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gain hands-on experience in managing material consumption, goods receipt, and quality release processes. You will assist in designing, building, and testing the NSP solution, as well as creating training materials for the Contract Manufacturing Manager Learning Path. This internship offers valuable insights into the food industry and fosters your professional growth in a dynamic environment.

 

A Day in the Life of a Project Management Intern

 

Support Design and Development 

  • Assist in defining and refining the design and specifications of the NSP dynamic solution for Contract Manufacturing, under the guidance of other experienced team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, suppliers, etc.) 
  • Contribute to the design of user interfaces and experiences

Testing and Validation

  • Participate in the testing process for the dynamic solution, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, while learning about quality assurance methodologies.
  • Collaborate with developers to understand the functional requirements and ensure the final solution meets these criteria.

Documentation and Knowledge Transfer

  • Document processes, workflows, and system changes to facilitate knowledge transfer
  • Assist in developing user guides, training videos, or other materials aimed at improving the end-user experience

Training Material Creation (Contract Manufacturing Manager Learning Path)

  • Support the consolidation of existing training materials
  • Help design new, engaging, and clear training content that enhances learning outcomes for users

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of supply chain
  • Robust Project Management skills and communication skills
  • Solid IT skills, knowledge of Power BI and MS Office tools 
  • Ability to learn fast and courage to explore unknown areas
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
